We know that entrusting your beloved pet to someone else is never easy. Take a look below at our selection of frequently asked questions and answers, and please get in touch with any further questions.
WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?
We will walk, feed and play with your pet, until bed time where your dog will be supervised throughout the night. If your dog has specific food or medication, you will need to provide this for us to give to your pet.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
We will send you updates throughout your pet's stay including pictures and videos. You can also contact us at any time if you are worried.
WHAT DOGS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept any dog over 1 year old and under 50kg. Your dog will also need to be house-trained and good around other dogs too.
WHAT DOES YOUR INSURANCE COVER?
We are insured with Protectivity Insurance. This includes up to £1m public liability and up to £30,000 negligence and non-negligence cover.
HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU HAVE AT ONCE?
We aim to have no more than four dogs at one time to ensure everyone gets lots of cuddles and attention!
HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE CANINE CREW IS RIGHT FOR MY DOG?
We do our best to make every pet feel safe and comfortable when staying with us, however if you are unsure, we do offer meet and greet sessions free of charge where your dog can meet us and our dog before committing to anything!
